It has to live where the documents already are.
A system that requires a firm to move its files into it will be used for three months. The integration question is not which logos we can show — it is whether anybody has to change where they put things.
-
Document management
AvailableMatters and documents sync both ways, so nothing has to be re-filed. Where a system supports it we index in place rather than copying, which keeps one authoritative store.
-
Email and calendar
AvailableCorrespondence attaches to the matter it belongs to, and derived deadlines appear in the diary somebody actually looks at.
-
Practice management and billing
AvailableCaptured time is proposed into whatever already produces your invoices. We do not want to become your billing system.
-
Identity
EnterpriseSingle sign-on and directory sync on the Enterprise tier, so joiners and leavers are handled where you already handle them.
-
The API
AvailableEverything the interface does, addressable. Firms with an internal platform team usually end up here rather than in a connector.
-
Webhooks
AvailableFindings, deadline changes and matter events pushed to whatever you run. The honest reason this exists is that our reporting will never fit every firm.
Why there is no logo grid
The specific systems we connect to are named in the technical pack, alongside what each connector reads and writes and whether it copies data or indexes in place. They are not on this page for the same reason our sub-processors are not: it is somebody else's infrastructure, and a marketing page is the wrong place to publish it.
Ask before you sign anything and you will get the list, the limitations of each connector, and an honest answer about which of them we have actually run in production versus built and tested.
